One address, read by people who know the product: [email protected]. We answer in English, in the order messages arrive. There is no phone line — we would rather admit that than publish a number that rings in an empty room.

What we can help with

  • Sizes, weights and what a piece actually looks like on a wall, including photographs of it hung rather than photographed flat.
  • Which finish suits a particular wall, and whether two designs will sit together.
  • Whether a design exists in another size or colorway that is not on this site yet.
  • A panel that arrived bent, a finish that came out of the box already chipped, or a set that is missing a piece — see warranty.
  • Anything in our own writing that is wrong. Corrections are genuinely welcome.

What only your retailer can do

We do not take payments, hold stock or run a courier account, so orders are invisible to us. Anything with an order number attached — where the parcel is, when it will arrive, changing the address, cancelling, refunding, invoicing — has to go to the shop you bought from, and they can usually settle it in one message. Writing to us first only adds a day.

If you do write about a fault, a photograph of the piece and of the packaging it arrived in saves an entire exchange of emails. Tell us the design name and the finish; we do not need your order number, because we cannot look it up.
